The most common question I get is, "Is Pilates for me?"
The simple answer is YES! Everyone is capable of doing Pilates and experiencing its many mind and body benefits.
What first let me to pilates was an injury, but what kept me practicing (and eventually teaching!) were the enormous mind and body benefits I saw and felt.
